About Composition
L-Methyl Folate Calcium:

Mechanism of Action
Pyridoxine involves in the nucleic acid synthesis and helps in the metabolism of amino acids, sphingomyelin, synthesis of neurotransmitters serotonin, dopamine, norepinephrine or GABA.
Vitamin B12 depends on the methyl of the methyl folate which is transfer to the homocysteine to form methionine and tetrahydrofolate
